My computer is about a month old and the first couple days, I was able to turn the volume down with the keys but now none of the top keys on my keyboard work (mute, volume up/down,etc.) even when I plug my earbuds in which have a volume control won't work, which they used to. any ideas what could be wrong? my pc is an Acer X1920

From CNET:

The good: The Acer Aspire X1920-UR20P features an unobtrusive new case design.

The bad: This system suffers from an underwhelming configuration for its price, particularly in its weak external connectivity options.

The bottom line: The Acer Aspire X1920-UR20P is a poorly configured, overpriced budget desktop with little to recommend it. Look instead to Acer's Gateway subsidiary for better slim-tower options.

...and you're already having issues with it? No surprise there. If it's only a month old, I would imagine you have some sort of warranty, support included with it, I'd contact ACER: http://support.acer.com/us/en/defau...

They have a handy Support Chat option on their website too.

MOOOOooove! OH and you're welcome!
