I have a Visioneer Scanner that was working great, Today I scaned a doc. when I went to scan another doc the computer said that the scanner is locked. ??? OK don't know how that happened, turned the scanner over and the lock is UNLOCKED, I didn't touch anything, tried again and same statement came up, rebooted the computer and I got the same problem. I think I need a REAL Nerd on this one H.E.L.P.

disconnect the scanner. remove all drivers. reboot, and reinstall drivers first. then, reboot, and connect the scanner. windows will detect and install. should work let us know
