video/graphic card in question

Specs: Windows XP, AMD a6-3670/8 gb
I am building a new computer:

The motherboard ASUS F1 A75-V pro has an "Integrated AMD
Radeon HD 6000 Series Graphics in Llano APU Multi-VGA ouput support" ,

then the CPU AMD A6-3670 has "AMD Radeon 6530 HD Graphics" ,

so here is my question: Do I still need to buy a " Video Graphics Card" for the computer or not?

The CPU is actually an APU (accelerated processing unit) which mean the graphics are included on the chip. If the Radeon HD 6530D is adequate for your needs, no graphics card is required. But if you're a gamer, you will most likely need an actual graphics card.
