hello! i have a packard bell mb65 with a video
problem. the screen splits in 6 as soon as i turn it
on. i reinstaled the operating system, i updated
the drivers, but i didn't get any result. please tell
me how to manage this issue. thank you in
advance

Does "as soon as i turn it on" mean before the OS starts to load? If so then you've got a bad video controller, bad video ram or a bad screen. Can you attach an exterrnal monitor to one of those things? If so, do it and see what happens.

i connected an external monitor and the problem is gone, the
screen doesn't split on the external monitor. but when i
deconnect it on the laptop screen it does the same, it splits in
6.what part of it might be damaged?

I'd think the problem is with your screen. Since the external works OK then the video controller and video ram must be good.

If the problem only occurred in windows I'd say it was probably screen resolution but that shouldn't be a factor if the screen is having the problem before windows even loads.

I guess you could check in cmos/bios setup and see if anything like that shows there, but I doubt it.
