Basically rebuilt the computer that my wife uses for playing games on the internet. Internet is the heaviest use it gets. It appears to have a video problem. If you open a browser and any other window like explorer and then drag that window around it shadows. Anything video lags. I have tried two different, new, cards and taken out everything except the video and nothging helps. This is an Intel D865GSA. I have the onboard Audio disabled. An Nvidia 5500 or Nvidia 6600oc. Both are 256 card and my agp ap size is set to 128. I have installed the newest chipset drivers and video drivers. Until then it was having random reboots. The power supply is a 600. Any Ideas

if you look under Monitor in device manager does it show the correct details for your monitor or something generic like Default Monitor?
