both video card will give you horribe performance for ur pc..so don't even bother buy ing it.

just save up your money and get radeon 9800pro
you will be very pleased with it and its more future proof
fx5200 can't do crap in any games..i tested on my rig and all the fps in all my games sucks.

If you want to save money go for geforce 4 ti 4200, plus if you buy a good cooling system for it, you can overclock it almost to the speed of geforce 4 ti 4600 which is one of the fastest cards after Radeon 9800 pro and geforce FX 5900 Ultra.

Take a geforce4 TI 4200 and take the 64MB Ram version. Believe it or not, in nearly every test I looked it was a bit faster than the 128MB version.

Somewhere (could be tomshardware.com) I read the FX5200 supports directX9 but that it's too slow to really make use of those new features!

The Ti models are great (even though I never owned 1). They can play just about any game well, just don't try playing any new Direct X 9 games. They can beat my Radeon 9600 pro's 3Dmark 2001 scores quite easily on a comparible system. but the Radeon can nearly triple a Ti model Geforce 4 on 3Dmark 2003 (which tests direct X 9). But in the end just make sure you stay away from a FX 5200.
