Ok I want to buy a video card or tv tuner but what I want to do is use my TV as the monitor instead of buying a monitor. Also I want to be able to have my video card support vga for a monitor if I get a new monitor. Which is the best card I should get for a low price?

just get a card with ViVo..Video In Video Out....with that you can watch tv on ur monitor and vise versa

The picture really sucks with VIVO, seriously it's like watching a movie on a broken VCR..lol.
