Video Card for TV-output?

I have my tv as my monitor through tv output on my GeForce4 MX 420 64-bit card. The screen seems blury. Is there aany possible way i can get a better card and it will have a better view? Can anyone recommend a video card that is amde or good for tv-output?

Unless you have a high definition TV, the video quality of a pc display on a tv is generally poor. A typical tv cannot get standard vga (640x480) resolution.

in my experience the TV pic using TV out is poor unless you are playing a DVD on the PC's DVD drive and then by some miracle it seems OK. But as DVD players are now so cheap there is no need to play DVDs in a computer and use TV out to show it on a TV. There seems little point in TV out on graphics cards - what did you want to use it for?
