I have a Dell Optiplex Gs, with 96 mb of RAM and 233mhz. Right now I have a 1mb video card, when I play some videos the picture is a little grainy, but the processor can handle many types of videos such as MPEG and AVI. What would be the best recomondation for this computer if I upgraded my video card? And I am not planning on bying a new computer if that is reconmended.

Voodoo3 2000 AGP/PCI(if you dont have AGP)probably the best card for you. You can get it for $10-$20. But! the best thing to do: is to get a new computer!

I just saw some geforce4 mx pci cards. They may take as much load from your cpu as possible which will help. But 233MHz (MMX I hope) are slow for viewing mpeg and avi so it may still not run fluently!
