Video Card Fan Replacement or...

Ati / X1800

Specs: Windows XP
So, long time ago (I believe in 2006)
I bought this card

Fast forward to 2010 (after borrowing the PC to my little brother), the PC stopped working. I took it to a nearby guy and the result was that the FAN wasn't working.

I believe I have two options, given that the PC utilization is the same and it worked great (Flight Simulator)

1) Buy a used/new fan for this great card

2) Buy a card with similar specifications (perhaps the same one), I am not really looking for a big upgrade...

So, what do you think/suggest me?

Obviously a replacement fan (if one can be found) would be the cheaper alternative.

By modern standards, the X1800GTO isn't a very powerful gaming card. If you check this Graphics Card Hierarchy Chart, the Radeon HD4650 w/DDR2 is comparable.
