I just sold my Radeon 9600 Pro to a friend. Now I'm looking at new ATI cards and can't decide between..

Radeon 9600XT 128 DDR (core speed 500 mhz, memory speed 600 mhz)

Radeon 9800SE 128 DDR (core speed 380 mhz, memory speed 600 mhz)

Radeon 9600 256 DDR (core speed 325 mhz, memory speed 400 mhz)

I suppose my question is this: Is is it worth a bust in the core/memory speed for more RAM? If not, then which is MORE important: the higher core speed of the 9600XT, or the better features of the 9800SE? Will I notice a performance difference if I go with the 9800SE? Somebody please help!
