Video Card and TV

Specs: Windows XP
The fan on my video card ripped its self a part yesterday. My computer was built by me and a friend about 6 years ago. I have upgraded yearly with more ram and hard drives.. but only use it for my photography and web surfing. I just want to set it up with a new video card so i can watch tv. I understand that i need a tv ready video card. What is the best kind to get for a cheap cost? Its not a gaming computer anymore.. so nothing over 200 please. I have an AMD processor... 2 gig ram.

If I understand correctly, you'll need a video card & a separate TV tuner card. We'd need to know which slots types you have available for the upgrades.

In my old computer, i use to have an 'all-in-one wonder' and it worked great. I have not bought a card in 6 years... so i thought this might be still a simple way to go. It would solve both my video card and tv tuner card issue. Or is separate cards the best way to go?
