I have a computer with built in graphics (yeah i know it sucks but o well). Any how, I want to be able to be able to display my screen onto a tv. So i either need a VGA to composite adapter or a new pci video card with composite out. Which would be the cheaper way to go?
PS. I don't have a VGA port so it would ahve to be a PCI video card if any thing.

You will need to get a pci card with tv out. Check around, try ebay etc. A new PCI card at BestBuy/CompUSA runs about $70 U.S.

Your built-in display must have a VGA port. There are VGA to composite adapters. I bought one many years ago to do a presentation for a small group. It cost about $120 then. The best bet would be a display card with TV out. If you are going to display text you will probably be disappointed, unless you have a very good TV, the resolution sucks.
