Thanks for your answer. I need additional information about this question. I thought that Seagate formats the drive as fat32 when it is sold uniquely for MAC. If I bought one I need to reformat it to use on Windows Xp or 7. Right? The reason I asked this question is that I have an equipment compatible with USB2 & NTFS only. Seagate hard drive for Windows no longer use USB 2.0 but USB 3.0. So if I bought a Seagate 3TB USB2 for Mac and reformat it NTFS to use under Windows, it should work Right? I just want to make sure before buying.
