User ID identification

Specs: HPUX 11
Upon checking to my HPUX system, found this;
# netstat -an | grep 10.
tcp 0 0 10.122.25.99.23 10.1.48.11.2460 ESTABLISHED
tcp 0 0 10.122.25.99.23 10.1.105.51.1413 ESTABLISHED
tcp 0 0 *.1075 *.* LISTEN

do you guys know the command to check what user ID or login ID those IP addresses use to connect to my system? & what they r doing now??

1. is your server ISP
2. The routing system your server uses to insure you the fastest route.
