I would say the USB to PCI card will work on your motherboard okay...BUT...Win 95 does not have USB support, and you will have trouble. Win 98 will be required for the card to be recognised and configured.

Possibly if can find W95 drivers! W98SE / 32MB RAM is usually min recommended, and you may have power problems on USB devices which do not have external power supply.
