Any Good (or Bad) experiences with a specific USB/Firewire PCI card?

I haven't been able to find one with internal connector pins - they all seem to have standard USB/firewire sockets - useless for powering front panel case connectors. The one I'm using is a 'Sparkle' branded cheapo one - does the job ok.
