USB 2.0 is backwards compatible, so if you plug a USB 2.0 device in a 1.1 port, it will run as 1.1...or if you plug a USB 1.1 device in a 2.0 port, it will run as 1.1.

Does the adapter card support USB 2.0...or is that what you're asking?

USB 2.0 is "enhanced." The only way to find out what type of USB you have is to look for "Enhanced Host Controller under the USB Controller in the Device Manager.
