I have this USB flash drive and it was working normally yesterday. Today the LED light goes on and then slowly goes off and windows states that USB device not recognized. I've tried it in different PC's and its the same. Can somebody pls tell me what's wrong and how can I fix it if its fixable.

There seems to be some issues with that model of thumb drive. I suggest you go to the link below and burrow into the site until you come to recovery software.

My spin on these devices seems to be differnt than the average user. Most people are maintaining only one copy of their data. Wheather it is on a HD, external or flash drive. If this is you I suggest you change. As these devices get cheaper it seems they are getting less dependable.

One thing to note. Improper removal of these devices can cause data corruption. There seems to be two ways to close the use of these devices. Windows has a safely remove icon in the tray for USB storage devices. That is normally the proper procedure. However, some have reported problems even when following that method. The documentation for the device may have some additional info on the proper use.

I think that the problem is more hardware related, wish it isnt. Now is doing a new thing, if the light stays on Windows doesnt detect it.
