hi really hoping somone can help. i recently bought an ipod and the prob being that ive noticed is that when its connected i can no longer startup the pc. if i connect it when its on then for some crazy reason the wireless network card hangs up and i can no longer use the net until its restarted and the ipod unplugged. thinking it could be the ipod i tried another usb connection. pluggin in the webcam seems to now slow my wireless keyboard down really bad. u can type out a message then sit bak and watch it type it out. i dont think this has anything to do with the wireless signal because the computer stays connected wirelessly to the modem just refuses to send any info when the pod is connected. i have also tried diff usb slots all round the comp to the same effect and moving the wireless card to a diff pci slot with no effect. and all drivers and bios r up to date. this is a really annoying prob as when im finnished with the ipod i have to turn of the machine and disconnect everything to get it bak on and get bak online. if anyone can help it would be greatfully appreciated!!

thanks

Corrupted MOBO chipset drivers might give you the behavior that you are describing.

Try reinstalling them.

Try disabling legacy USB in the BIOS. The computer might be trying to boot from the iPod.
