I inherited a vintage 1998 IBM Thinkpad i-Series laptop [Model 2611-411] with a single USB port on the rear, that doesn't seem to respond when I plug anthing into it.
When I look in Device Manager, I don't see anything that obviously relates to Universal Serial Bus ports.
Is there some test I can run to determine whether the USB port is still viable? Thanks.
