All I need is to have two USB ports as computer had none. Cannot find anything to identify the motherboard. Old computer probably what came with it GenuineIntel Pentium (R) When the card is installed computer will not boot into windows. Is this wire a power sourse for the card or should card work without it? Just says standard system devise under system properties

I tried changing slots around, but computer will not boot with the USB PCI card installed. The slots work fine with other cards in them. This was a new PCI card so maybe it is the card itself that is not working
