i am running windows xp professional.

i have a sony psp that connects through my
usb port. Usually when it connects a new
letter drive showing it as a usb mass storage
device letting me access the memory.

recently though when i connect it. the letter
drive does not appear anymore to let me
access the memory of it . the computer still
makes the confirmation beep when its
connected as well as recognizes in the
device manager . I also connected it to another
computer to test it out and the letter drive
shows up land lets me access the memory
with no problem.

how am i able to make the letter drive show up
again on my laptop so i can access its
memory >?

See admin tools, computer management, storage.

There it should show up. Assign a high letter like p,q or r.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
