How do I repair a Cisco Wi-Fi chip's USB plug-in chip? Since I live in a rural area, I have to use a hot-spot in my house to get internet. I use a Cisco Wi-Fi card to connect ot my hot-spot, but now I can't use this because my little brother decided to break the silver plug-in part off of the card. It looks pretty clean, the break I mean, and it looks like I can repair it. Are there any ways HOW I can repair it?

Repairing pc boards is possible but you also need to know some safety issues. One is lead and that is very bad for most people but even more so for young people.

I'd just go buy another one.

Hang up and live.
