So I just returned from vacation...before I left I shut my computer down (everything was working fine) ...I came back, turned my computer on and got the following msg...USB Over Current Status Detected, Computer will shut down in 15 seconds

I have never seen nor heard of this message before. I read an article to disable I did that. Now I turn my computer on and it doesnt go past the bios screen.

Disconnect all non-essential USB hardware like drives, printers, scanners, cameras, etc. Then try booting into safe mode by tapping F8 at start up. Once in safe mode restore the USB settings. and fix any other hardware errors in Device Manager.

You may have external USB hardware that is defective.
