USB Onboard pins adapting???

Got a 3-1/2" internal memory reader that does 6 different kinds of flash memory (compact flash, SD, memory stick...). It came with a cable to connect to internal onboard USB connector pins. This motherboard has onboard USB, but they go out the back and there are no internal pins to connect this device to. Is there any way to make this thing work with this MB? Adapter from 5 pin (uses 4) straight pins to USB regular?
