My usb ports are not working. I turned my computer off and then later I turned it back on a couple hours later. It doesn't show up in Device Manager. I tried reinstalling the driver but it said I was up to date. Please help me. Thank you.

Check the BIOS screens to see if the BIOS has possibly reset to defaults. You can tell by the date. Some Boards have both USB 1.1 and 2.0 onboard and have options to enable/disable them. If that isn't the case I suggest thatyou remove the USB controllers from Device manager and let windows reinstall them. Also, try a different port. USB controllers usually control 2 ports each.

Its not even listed in the BIOS.

Well then try removing and let windows reinstall them.
