I have a mouse that had been freezing up many times a day, sometimes with the keyboard freezing up also. After swapping out the mouse with another that was working on the same type of computer & that not working, I recreated the persons Windows profile and thought that took care of the problem. Now just the mouse freezes up about once or twice a day. It totally locks up and user must unplug and plug back in to a different usb connection.
