Since adding RAM to my system, my keyboard has not worked - Code 39! Here are some screenshots http://picasaweb.google.com/tonyzma...
I've tried everything I can think of, even did a system restore twice with the same results, and attempted to load 2 previous driver versions - no joy.
I've tried all variations of uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling of the MS USB Keyboard driver software I can think of. I've tried in vain to delete the 2 driver files for the keyboard, including the .INF, same results.
When the MS keyboard software is unistalled, the kbdclass.sys and kbdhid.sys will load by default for this device, and will have the same Code 39.
I'm at a loss here and could use a hand...

Try booting into Safe Mode and looking at what is installed. Sometimes multiple instances of hardware are installed but don't show in normal Windows.

I've booted into safe mode and found no other devices in device manager. Tried uninstalling/rebooting from safe mode, same deal :(
