This is really beginning to get on my nerves...

Running Windows XP, my regional settings are set as United Kingdom under the admin account. However, I've just set up a user account for my wife & the regional settings can't be changed from United States, obviously this is affecting the keyboard mapping amongst other things.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks...
