I have a Windows 2000 file/print server that is running on a RAID 1 mirror. I can tell that in the near future I am going to have to install larger drives (currently only 8 gig total), because I only have about 1.5 Gigs of space left on the server. How does one go through the process of upgrading hard drives in an existing RAID 1 array? Could I just install one drive let the array build itself onto the new drive, then replace the second drive in the array. Is my logic even close on this one?
