Can the NEC versa E600 notebook replace the 40GB HDD by "Transcend 64GB PATA SSD" ?

If the existing hard drive inside your Versa E600 has a PATA interface, yes you can replace it with the Transcend 64GB PATA SSD.

One would question the value of doing so. A 64G SSD is worth more than the rest of the system.
