Specs: Windows XP
The Dell 0WJ770 mother board has only two DIMM slots each with 1GB RAM. Is possible to install larger RAM into these slots 2GB each. additional info Bus clock: 533 megahertz, BIOS: Dell Inc. A04 04/04/2006. Also need to update the video card which I am told is part of the mother board.

No, seems like 2 gigs is your limit. From the specs I saw, you have pci express or pci-e as it's called on the board for a video card. You have onboard video right now which is on the motherboard. It's not a separate card. Someone will probably give you advice on a pci-e card.

1Gb per slot is max. You're there; you're done.

Look for an ATI HD4670 video card.
