Specs: Windows XP, Celeron(R) 2.80GHz 2.79 GHz / 448 MB of Ram
How do i update the screen resolution on Packard Bell imedia 3070 which currently only has
800 x 600, 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 720 pixels to support using a Hewlet Packard 20 led monitor which runs at 1600 x 900 pixels

Can I upgrade the graphics card on Packard Bell imedia 3060, If so how and where from.

Refer to the owners manual. You should have expansion slots on the mainboard. PCI is most common, but there are others. If you are unsure, an electronics shop should be able to assist. Without being able to look inside, we can not determine.
Once the type of expansion slot is identified, then get a graphics card with the specifications you desire that works in that expansion slot.
iMedia (PT.U6L-PV.U6L) was what i found. The manual did not go into the hardware configuration.
