i download b2360dn drivers from dell download website: but next i don't know how to do it. because after i updated my drivers, i also can not use the printer, is the driver's problem?

I don't think that site you went to is an official Dell site!

Yeah, the download from your site is just a small downloader file. I suppose their intent is you run that file and it downloads the file you need.

but I don't see a direct download there. Looks like you have to create an account to download it.

It most certainly isn't a Dell website, although it is arguably disguised as one. A Dell website would start with "" not "" or similar. The forward slash after com shows it is a sub-page of the website so something along the lines of "" would be fine - still Dell's website. Googling for a home page can often solve the first part of the genuine websites name.

The above concept applies to all websites and can be a good clue when trying to determine the real ones from the fake ones.

There is something about the look of dubious websites that often gives them away too but it is hard to explain - just a matter of experience. For example, white coated young females with horned rim spectacles are typical on dodgy sites. Another one is over emphasising things to get you to download something.
