unsure of which cpu heatsink/fan

would like to keep it around $15 (including shipping), and purchase from newegg, although other reputable dealers are ok. Am I correct in assuming the plastic frame around the cpu, is the same as a socket 939. Grateful for all help!
The HSF you linked to will work, but it's not a good one. Notice that the locking mechanism only catches one lug. Better to have one that catches all three. Plus you have to pay shipping.
