Hi,am using Transcend 8GB pendrive,when i connect to system it not detect my pendrive,tried with other systems also but it couldnt detect .Please help me to solve this issue

it could be that it's trying to use a drive letter that is already been taken. Right click on my computer and go to "Manage" then look under disk management... do you see it there.
