I am trying to delete Sony Picture Package. Have deleted everything I can find but when I go into Add or Remove Programs & click on the program to remove it I get a window that says "make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications". Where do I go to do what they say?

Did you uninstall the program properly using Add/Remove programs? Or, did you remove the folders and files and then attempt to uninstall from Add/Remove programs? If you deleted the files and folders, THEN tried to uninstall, that explains the error. Restore the files from the Recycle Bin, and then uninstall the program properly.
