I require two telephone lines coming to one device. The unit can be DTMF controled if required for out going phone line selection.

Yeah, phone wall receptacles (at least here in the civilized world) have had two line capability for decades. Just call your phone company. They may need to convert your RJ11 modular wall socket to an RJ14, which only requires connecting the other two wires to the socket. And of course the phone company needs to add the service for a second line.

The funny part about that is, the bell system never intended the extra wires to be for a second line. They simply felt that they needed the extra set in case one pair were damaged. At one time they basically owned the whole deal and had no time to re-run wires.
