Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2.394 GHz / 494 MB
two different speeds of rams i.e,
(DDR 512MB 333Mhz,DDR 512MB 400Mhz) is it possible to use both at a time. is there any chance to get problems if i use both. my system supports 400 & 333.

Yes. it can be done. however your system will handle both module at the lowest speed available which is in your case is 333 MHz. My system uses ram with mixed speed and capacity; no problem at all.. :-)

If you have BSODs after installing that RAM then Either try installing the slower module in the first slot or entering the BIOS screens and manually setting the RAM to the slower RAM settings.
