Specs: Microsoft Windows2000professional w/sp4, 192MB
Have an old Dell system that has Windows 2K Pro SP4, 192 MB RAM, 733 CPU, 10 Gig HD...that when it powers on, there's no display and it has 2 rapid beeps that occur with POST...what does this mean; and, more importantly how should I fix it?

2 beeps on a Dell machine means the video card is either faulty or not seated properly, which tallies with what you say (getting nothing on the screen).

Check that the video card is firmly seated in the slot first.
If still no video signal to the monitor, replace the card with a new one.
