I have an ATI TV Wonder200 and when I install the drivers, I get the BSOD showing: WDM Driver error 705a at BA2FE05A22E and it says something about stream.sys. The wintv was freezing when searching for channels it also had a DMA error 0x000000E6, tech support said to contact MS. I have updated the vid & sound drivers, did a related hotfix and tried different PCI slots. Just ran reg mechanic now getting: 22E verification error in stream.sys. Stream.sys at F755E05A.
