Tv-out wont work!!!

My geforce2 with tv out will not display anything on my tv, it will work from the vga port though??? I know the refresh rate is ok, any other ideas for me?
It will flash white on boot for a little bit, but then just go black once in windows.

Did you enable the TV in the Nvida control panel?

I had a few problems when I first tried using tv out with my nvidia card. I got it working in the end by pluging both my monitor in and tv, so that I could see what I was doing until the tv was up and running.
I just played around with the settings in nview, nvidia's multi display thingy. After that I could boot up using the tv too.
