Im thinking its the sound card, it has been doing odd things when i turn the volume on my speakers full blast and minimize a window it will make a weird sound and sometimes sound only comes out of one speaker. there new altec lansing speakers. The sound card is a Santa Cruz Turtle Beach. Should I get a new sound card?
