TV tuner not working

I brought a INTEX 2.0 USB TV tuner(IT 200) for my laptop.I installed the driver but when i installed the software (Honestech 2.5) and after entering the key provided alongwith the installation CD it shows a message "could not initialize the capture device". I have tried several times by uninstalling and installing the software but it again shows the same message. Kindly help!

Your best resource for issues with that hardware would be the manufacturer.

I don't know if your problem is solved by now. Here is a solution I have come across.
I got a Tech-Com TV tuner recently and I too had a similar problem. I browsed in the net and came across this solution. But, since my OS is Windows Vista, finally I got it exchanged with Rolf TV Stick - MRon TV Tuner.
