I've gotten a tv tuner and I can get a tv connection to my computer but audio isn't playing, I do not know why. You can see the one I have and a description of it by clicking the link below.

The audio from the USB tuner needs to be connected to the 'Line in' jack of the sound card. You will need an adapter cable to do that. The following is an example:
