I have a gigabyte mb 8ik100 ver 2 running 2.8 ip4 overclocked to a 3.2 4g memory 4 hard drives ati radeon 9550 / x1050 series I dont run some of their software due to problems it causes typical ati i know however i have had a winfast xp 2000 tv capture card and it works ok nothing spectacular, it is not recognised by media center i know. anyway i am seeking to find out what tv capture card I can use for media center that will work. I tried pinnacle had no luck it wanted to share the memory that ati radeon has and uses and pc would not let it cause it is duel channel 256x 2 any way i need a card that is pci i do not have pci express, wish I did, but cant afford it especially now with the economy. I need something with decent quality especially when capturing, winfast was ok for viewing but capturing sucked. I know I'm going to spend some money, but i want to know its going to work before I buy one, at least someone has had experience at the pinnacle i tried was Pinnacle PCTV HD PCI Card TV Tuner their support realy sucks took days to get back and 6 weeks for them finally to give me a refund on it. Please help very desperate here for help. thank you. feel free to email me @ wwjdcgh@comcast.net with suggestions thanks.
