I WAS CHECKING MY E-MAILS, AND THE KEY BOARD STOPPED WORKING, I HAVE TO TURN IT OFF, I DID TURNED ON AGAIN, IT DID THE SAME THING, I WAIT COUPLE HOURS AND ITS WORKING AS USUAL, I'M NOT SURE IF THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN, WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM?.

Any number of issues. Bad keyboard, bad cable to keyboard, bad keyboard controller, some issue with the operating system. Some issue with bios, heat or power supply issue. Maybe a few more.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

Can you do any keyboard actions before the operating system boots up so can you press f8 to boot to safe mode. If so then your keyboard works before loading windows. If this is the case i would boot into you bios and check and see if a setting has been set to turn the keyboard off.
It could just have come loose from the main board. This would involve you unscrewing the keyboard and checking the connection. I would only do this if you are comfortable doing this and after you have check other options.
