Toshiba wakes up every day at the same time

Specs: Gentoo (x86_64), Intel i3 / 4GB

I have a strange problem with suspending my laptop.

Every day it wakes up exactly at 8.19am.

I am not using Windows so I didn't check if this problem occurs also with Windows OS, but I had Ubuntu, now I have Gentoo (those two systems are different, a lot), I used different commands for suspending my laptop. Each time everything ends at 8.19.

I thought that is a BIOS issue, but I checked every single option there and nothing seems to be the solution.

I have a brand new Toshiba Satellite A500.

Hi, although you've checked all of your BIOS entries, it may be worth finding the 'restore defaults' option and trying that. You could always change your system clock to 8.18 so that you can see if it has worked.

Are you sure there is nothing in Toshiba NIC configuration settings or Gentoo Linux operating system that caused this?
