TOSHIBA Satellite is overheating way too much

Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, 5.9 RAM Subscore
It's been overheating everytime I try to play a simple game, even Minecraft or TF2, and I don't even overclock! :(
Pleas help, I want to play without it overheating...

More than likely the cooling vents & fan are dust clogged. Blow them out with compressed air (using a vacuum is not recommended). And when using your laptop, make sure it's on a hard surface such as a table, not on your lap, bed, couch, carpet, or any other type of "soft" surface that can block the vents. You may even want to prop up the back a little to allow better airflow into the vents.
